The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and is responsible for the growth, management, retention, and satisfaction of these accounts. This role will partner with clients to address their measured digital landscape and meet objectives, and hit business and account goals. The ideal candidate will have proven account management and sales experience, as well as deep experience in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong, long term client relationships to champion initiatives that drive decisions across digital channels, maintaining 100% account retention
  • Become an expert on the features and benefits of all Brightspot products and services
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, identify new business leads and evangelize Brightspot products and services
  • Interface with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients
  • Keep senior management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances which affect the health of the business

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of previous enterprise sales and account management experience, ideally within a technology or services/consulting environment
  • Passionate about digital transformation and cultivating strong client relationships
  • Ability to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Excellent communication and strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
