The Challenge: Seeking to build a more efficient and engaging storytelling presence, Amazon was in need of a scalable, multi-site solution that could unify the company’s voice, while streamlining and speeding up the publishing process. The ideal solution would empower all members of the communications team to become publishers, provide an extensible platform for in-house developers, and enable content sharing between international teams.
