Brightspot Integrations Guide

Configuring the Google Drive integration

Before importing Google Drive files into Brightspot, you must input an API key, client ID, and client secret found in your Google account. If you do not have these credentials, refer to Google's documentation for information on how to create them.

To configure the Google Drive integration:

  1. Obtain your Google Drive’s API key, client ID, and client secret from your Google account.
  2. In the Sites widget, select the site for which you want to configure the Google Drive integration, or select Global to configure the Google Drive integration for all sites.
  3. Navigate to the Integrations tab, and then to the Google cluster.
  4. In the Google Server API KeyDrive Client ID, and Drive Client Secret fields, paste the values from step 1. (Ignore the Task Host field, as it is not needed for this configuration.)
  5. Click Save.
