Registration settings—workflow
The following table describes the workflows available to approve new registrations.

None—Brightspot automatically approves all registrations. |

Admin Approval—Requires a site administrator to approve registrations, and configures the emails users receive regarding their registrations. |

Email From Address |
“From” address that users see in the email Brightspot sends regarding their registrations, such as admin@mysite.com. |
Registration Received Message |
Email a user receives after Brightspot ingests the registration. You can define a subject and body for the email. |
Verified Message |
Email a user receives after the administrator approves the registration. You can define a subject and body for the email. |
Blocked Message |
Email a user receives after the administrator rejects a registration or subsequently blocks the account. You can define a subject and body for the email. |
Email Verification—Sends an email to the user with a confirmation link. When the user clicks the link, Brightspot automatically approves the registration. |

Text appearing in the confirmation email’s subject line. |
