We are seeking a Director, Demand Generation, who is passionate about developing innovative strategies to drive leads and the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote customer acquisition for Brightspot.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and manage multi-channel campaigns from concept development to execution, including paid Google advertising and paid LinkedIn advertising, to directly support sales enablement
  • Supervise and lead the demand generation team and related external vendors
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on building out customer personas
  • Collaborate with Product and Content Marketing to develop a targeted messaging strategy for each stage in the buyer's journey
  • Evaluate and optimize campaign performance via A/B testing, lifecycle management, and personalization
  • Develop and analyze metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting company objectives and revenue milestones, as well as delivering a positive return on investment (ROI)
  • Identify new marketing channels to promote revenue growth

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related experience in marketing communications and online marketing.
  • Experience with PPC advertising, marketing automation, and account-based marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working with enterprise software and/or content management system
