The Director, Enterprise Solutions is a trusted advisor to prospective clients, understands their needs, challenges and pain points, and enables digital transformation by delivering the right Brightspot solutions. This role is the intersection between business, product, and sales, and is an integral part of helping us expand our business both in the US and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Position and sell our Brightspot products.
- Understand the CMS market landscape, demand, and learn our product portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and nurture them through the sales process/funnel to successfully close deals
- Maintain high levels of strategic sales activities
- Become an industry expert and master at solution selling
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience closing enterprise-level complex technology deals
- Effective communication skills to aid in forming relationships with your prospects and co-workers
- Strong aptitude for learning new technology is required
- Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset; demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
- Self-motivated and with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced, challenging technology environment
- Strong time management/organization skills
