Giving back

Brightspot was founded with giving back to the community at its core. Through ongoing, concrete actions, our purpose is to get our employees off the sidelines to join hand-in-hand in bringing joy to the lives of others, while gaining a greater understanding of our community.

  • Volunteering breaks up the day and is a way for me to socialize with coworkers I don’t get to talk to normally while doing something together for a good cause! It also builds camaraderie.

  • I think helping others and supporting the mission work is just so unique. Some companies might donate a few hours here and there or contribute financially, but I’ve never worked at a company where people are so excited to participate themselves.
