This integration empowers users to seamlessly import OneDrive files into Brightspot, converting them into various CMS content types. Imagine your OneDrive Docs becoming Articles or Blog Posts, and Sheets transforming into Sections or Tags.
In our first example, we can observe how easy it is to find your OneDrive Docs using the CMS search interface and then seamlessly publish these as assets in Brightspot. Then, it’s a simple step to import the asset draft for content editing while retaining synchronization with your source asset in your OneDrive.
The process is just as easy when importing Excel files from OneDrive.
Open the search panel, choose your OneDrive File, and pick your Excel Sheet. Next, you can choose to convert to Section or Tag. Additional options include configuring field mappings like file’s Display Name and Description. Hit import and your CMS asset is ready.
