Configuring integrated searches with Microsoft Drives
This topic explains how to configure the Microsoft Drives integration in Brightspot. Once configured, you can import files from Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft Sharepoint.
To configure the Microsoft Drives integration:
- Ensure that your instance of Brightspot has an associated Microsoft App. For details, see Adding a Microsoft app.
- In the header, click in the search field to open the search panel.
Under Global Filters, select Microsoft Drives File.
Click the authentication prompt.
- In the Microsoft login portal, enter your Microsoft account login credentials.
After returning to Brightspot , you see a
Signed in successfullyconfirmation message.
- Click Close.
