Adding text to your assets using the OpenAI integration

Once the OpenAI integration has been configured, you can use a chat AI tool on text fields within content types.

To use the OpenAI integration to add text to your assets:

1. Search for an existing asset or create a new one.
2. To the right of a text field, click .
   

   

3. In the Chat with OpenAI pop-up window, do one of the following:
   
   • Click on a pre-written suggestion. For information on how to configure suggestions, see Configuring the OpenAI integration.
     

     

   • Type a message in the text field at the bottom, then click Submit. OpenAI gives a response.
     
     • To insert the response into the text field, click Insert.
     • To replace existing text in the text field with the response, click Replace.
     • To copy the response to your clipboard, click Copy.
       

       

       
       Each of the three selections above closes the pop-up window.
   • Click Cancel to stop OpenAI's response to your question.

Once a conversation exists, you can click Restart Chat to start over.
