Saving live video streams for later playback

If you are streaming a live event, you can save the recording as a video so visitors can watch it at a later time.

To save a live stream:

1. Configure the live stream channel as described in Configuring a live stream.
2. In the content edit form, click Start Channel. Brightspot starts saving the live stream.
3. Click Stop Channel. Brightspot stops saving the live stream.
4. Repeat steps 2–3 to save intermittent segments of the live stream.

Under more_horiz> Outputs, Brightspot saves each video segment as a new video.
