Authenticating with Google Drive


Before you can import Google Drive files into Brightspot, you must first authenticate with your Google Drive account.

To authenticate with Google Drive:

  1. In the header, click the search field to open the search panel.
  2. Under Global Filters, in the Any Content Type filter, under External Types, select Google Drive File. Brightspot displays a list of Google Drive files.

  3. Click Click here to authenticate Google Drive.

  4. Follow the Google prompts to connect your Google account to Brightspot. Once connected, selecting Google Drive File from the Any Content Type filter in the search panel will produce a list of your Google Drive files.
Note
After authenticating with Google Drive, you may authenticate additional accounts by clicking Link another account in the left rail.
