Brightspot Content Types Guide

Carousel modules provide a compact display of related images.

This topic describes how to create a shared carousel module that you can use in multiple assets. If you want to create a one-off carousel module, see Creating a one-off module.

To create a carousel module:

  1. In the header, click add.
  2. From the Create list, select Carousel.
  3. Using the following table as a reference, complete the fields as needed.
  4. Complete your site's workflow and publish the carousel module.
Field Description
Internal Name Enter an internal name for this asset. Brightspot uses this name internally, such as in the search panel and recent activity widget. This name is not visible to visitors to your site.
Title Override Overrides the title of the containing asset. For example, if you place the carousel module in a gallery, this title replaces the gallery's title. This title is visible to visitors to your site.
Items Click file_download and add_circle_outline to add images to the carousel.
