Press release


In This Guide

With the Press Release integration, you can issue focused and timely press releases to members of the media regarding an important development within your organization.

To create a press release:

  1. In the header, click add.
  2. From the Create list, select Press Release. A content edit page appears.
  3. Enter text for Headline and Sub Headline.
  4. Click add_circle_outline under Authors to add an author.
  5. Under Lead, click add_circle_outline to add a one-off module, or click search to add a shared asset (including a shared module).
  6. In the Body field, using the rich-text editor, enter the press release’s body. For an explanation about using the rich-text editor, see Rich Text Editor.
  7. Fill out other fields as necessary.
  8. Complete your site’s workflow, and publish the press release.
