Brightspot CMS User Guide

Configuring the Content Reports widget

The Content Reports widget provides an easy way to see what editorial content reports have been set up for your site, and download them. See Creating editorial content reports for more information on creating these reports.

Content Reports widget

This widget shows a list of current reports available for your site. Clicking a report's name takes you to the Edit Report page where you can make changes to the report or run the report. Clicking save_alt downloads a copy of the report from the run date and time shown in the widget.

Note
The role you are assigned must have permissions to the Reports area in order to have access to the Content Reports widget.

See Creating a role for more information on assigning permissions to roles.

To configure the Content Reports widget:

  1. Create or open a shared or one-off dashboard that includes the Content Reports widget.
  2. Expand Preferred Download Formats and select the format in which you would like the editorial content report downloaded.
    Note
The list of Preferred Download Formats is ordered by priority. If the first format is unavailable, the second format will be the download option.
  3. Click add_circle_outline to add additional formats as available.
