Brightspot CMS User Guide

Platform extensions

Brightspot comes with all the features you need to run an enterprise-grade digital experience. At times, organizations need to extend Brightspot further to fit more specific use cases. Brightspot offers those features as platform extensions.

Extensions are a great way to keep your version of Brightspot optimized. Because you add only those extensions you need, you keep the user experience as streamlined as possible; editors and administrators don't need to cope with a lot of fields that they never use. Furthermore, our extensions are modular, so developers can easily include them in their builds and later remove them without affecting any existing assets.
