Viewing field data for developers


Developers can access additional information about fields on the content edit form. For this feature to be available, a developer must be given a role that includes the HTML toggle permission in the Developer list. For details, see Editing a role.

Note
In some Brightspot versions, the help icon is available on fields by default. If you do not see the icon, this topic explains how to enable it.

To view data about a field:

  • In a content edit form, hover over the field title until Brightspot displays help .
  • Click help.
