Brightspot CMS User Guide

Creating a user-level content template

You can associate content templates with an individual user. When the user creates a new item based on the content type, Brightspot populates the content edit form with the associated content template’s text.

To create a content template at the user level:

  1. Prepare a content template as described in Creating content templates.
  2. If necessary, create a new user as described in Creating a user.
  3. Click menu > Admin > Users & Roles.
  4. Under Users, select the user for which you want to create a content template.
  5. Under CMS, expand Content Templates.
