Collections
Actions on multiple items such as archiving, editing, and opening work streams are often easier to do with collections.
To create a collection from search results:
- In the search panel, search for and filter the assets you want to add to a collection.
- Mark the checkboxes for the assets you want to add to the collection.
- Click > New Collection.
The Save Collection widget appears. - In the Save Collection widget type a name for the collection.
- Click Save.
To view the assets in a collection:
- In the search panel, click , and select the collection whose assets you want to view.
To add assets to a collection:
In the search panel, click , and select the collection to which you want to add assets.
- In the Search panel, search for and filter the assets you want to add to the collection.
- Mark the checkboxes for the assets you want to add to the collection.
- Close the Search panel.
To rename or delete a collection:
In the search panel, click , and select the collection you want to rename or delete.
- To delete the collection, click Delete Permanently. (Deleting a collection does not delete the collection’s items.)
- To rename the collection, do the following.
- Click Rename Collection. The Save Collection widget appears.
- In the Name field, type the collection’s new name.
- Click Save.
