Brightspot CMS User Guide

Configuring a site's date format

Dates appear differently in different regions of the world. Brightspot displays dates with a default format of MMMM d, yyyy hh:mm aa, such as September 8, 2017 02:38 PM. You can change the date format at the site level.

  1. Click menu > Admin > Sites & Settings.
  2. In the Sites widget, select the site for which you want to configure the date format, or select Global to configure the date format for all sites.
  3. Click Main, and in the Default Date Time Format field, compose the date format string. (Click Pattern Reference for a description of the characters you can use in a date format string.)
