Brightspot CMS User Guide

Configuring commenting

If Users Integration is enabled and configured on the site, subscribers can now submit comments on all assets of the specified content types.

You can disable commenting on individual assets, a useful feature for controversial topics.

To disable commenting on an asset:

  1. Open the asset on which you want to disable commenting.
  2. Click more_horiz > Overrides > Feature Overrides.
  3. From the Disabled Features list, select Commenting.
  4. Complete your site's workflow and publish the asset.
